摘要
文中阐述了所使用的产品不依赖于生产厂家的限制,给出了具体实现通讯协议及实现时要解决的关键技术问题,以ABB变频器通过PLC来控制变频器的各项功能,满足工艺要求;同时变频器数据通过上位机进行显示,达到在线监视和诊断目的,不但提高了整个系统的可靠性,而且操作简便。
