摘要
针对中等职业学校学生就业能力培养中存在的主要问题,从培养学生职业素质入手,通过专业技能的学习,强化学生从业能力;通过求职能力的培养,提高学生就业的成功率,从而为学生成功就业及职业的可持续发展奠定良好基础。
To solve the main problems existed in the training of employability for the secondary vocational school students,we can improve the students＇ employment success rate by strengthening the students＇ competence for employment,which gets starting with cultivating the students＇ professional qualities and the students＇ study of professional skills;through the training on competence for employment,we can lay the good foundation for the students＇ successful employment and the sustainable development for their future careers.
