摘要 目的探讨抗菌肽S-Thanatin对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果。方法采用肉汤微量稀释法研究抗菌肽S-Thanatin对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果抗菌肽S-Thanatin对金黄色葡萄球菌MIC是50 mg/L。结论抗菌肽S-Thanatin对临床常见的金黄色葡萄球菌需要较高浓度才有抑制作用,因此为进一步提高其抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性,需要对抗菌肽S-Thanatin的化学结构进行改进。 Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of antimicrobial peptide s-Thanatin against Staphylococcus aureus by broth microdilution.Methods The activity of s-Thanatin against Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated by the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).Results The results demonstrated that the MIC of s-Thanatin against Staphylococcus aureus was 50 mg/L.Conclusion A higher concentration of s-thanatin is necessary to inhibit common pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus.Therefore,the chemical structure of antibacterial peptide Thanatin should be modified to improve the activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
