摘要
同步相量测量装置(PMU)已广泛应用于中国电网.智能变电站过程层设备与间隔层设备的信息交互对PMU提出了新的要求.介绍智能变电站PMU应实现的基本功能、符合IEC 61850标准的PMU建模、采样值报文解析、时间同步、MMS服务及信息共享的内容,给出智能变电站内PMU的实现方法和应用方案,并提出完善IEC 61850的建议,为智能电网PMU装置的应用提供参考.
Phasor measurement units（PMU） have greatly used in China for a long time.The information exchange between the bay devices and the process devices proposes some new requests for PMU.This paper introduces the PMU basic functions,PMU modeling with IEC 61850,sample values message resolution,time synchronization,MMS service and information sharing.It is also presented that PMU implementation methods and application scheme.Some advices for IEC 61850 improving are proposed.They provide a reference for PMU devices application in smart grids.
