摘要
公司治理是促进上市公司发展的基本策略,公司治理理论应充分吸收知识产权理论的最新发展成果,才能更有效地促进我国上市公司的成长。产权理论与传统公司治理理论的融合可以在股东治理、董事会治理、监事会治理、经理层治理、信息披露治理与利益相关者治理等六个方面展开。
Corporate governance is a basic strategy to promote the development of listed companies.Corporate governance theory should take full advantage of the latest development of intellectual property research results in order to more effectively promote the growth of China＇s listed companies.The integration between corporate governance theory and property rights theory can start in six aspects of shareholders control,board governance,supervisor governance,managers governance,information disclosure and stakeholder.
