摘要
"认知图式"原本是认识论哲学和心理学探讨的内容。探讨公共行政研究的认知图式,目的在于揭示公共行政研究运用何种认知之网,捕捉或生产公共行政思想。因此,基于认知图式理论视野,回顾了公共行政研究的认知图式研究,在此基础上提出公共行政研究的认知图式假设,并基于公共行政思想史进行验证,得出了公共行政研究的认知图式的要素、结构和功能,并且说明了公共行政思想史如何在不变的认知图式之下,实现不断演进和创新。
Cognitive schema was originally discussed by epistemological philosophy and psychology.The aim of this study is to reveal that public administration research is ruled by what kind of cognitive net to capture or produce public administration theories.Therefore,from the perspective of cognitive schema theory,this paper reviews and based on the previous related research of cognitive schema of public administration research,and then put forward the assumption of cognitive schema of public administration research,verifies it by the history of public administrative theories,concludes the structural elements and its function of cognitive schema of public administration research and shows how the history of public administrative theories achieved continuous innovation and development under the same cognitive schema of public administration research.
