摘要
以大学生餐饮服务业创业为例,研究大学生餐饮服务业创业教育的特性,以揭示具体领域创业教育的共性。大学生餐饮服务业创业教育,既要培育大学生餐饮服务业创业的社会责任意识,又要优化大学生餐饮服务业创业的经营观念,更要提升大学生餐饮服务业创业的风险应对能力。
Taking the entrepreneurship of college students engaging in catering services as an example,the paper studies the characteristics of entrepreneurship education to reveal the similarities of the entrepreneurship education in specific areas.As for the entrepreneurship education of college students engaging in catering services,it is expected to not only foster students＇ awareness of social responsibilities but also optimize students＇ manangement concept.Furthermore,it is necessary to improve students＇ entrepreneurial risk processing capabilities.
