摘要
目的：评价腹腔镜胆管探查并胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析近9个月为33例患者施行腹腔镜胆管探查并胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术的临床资料。结果：手术时间60~150 min,术后1例发生胆漏,3 d后停止。术后住院10~14 d。结论：只要严格掌握手术适应证,具备娴熟的操作技术和丰富的临床经验,腹腔镜胆管探查并胆总管Ⅰ期缝合术将成为此类患者最佳的治疗方法之一。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic bile duct exploration and one-stage suture of common bile duct.Methods：The clinical data of 33 patients undergoing laparoscopic bile duct exploration and one-stage suture of common bile duct during the recent 9 months were summarized and analyzed.Results：The operation time was 60-150 min.The bile leakage occurred in one case which ended after 3 d,and the postoperative hospital stay was 10-14 d.Conclusions：As long as mastering the operation indication strictly,possessing skilled operative technique and abundant clinical experience,the laparoscopic bile duct exploration and one-stage suture of common bile duct would be one of the best therapeutic methods.
