摘要
为能更准确地对波浪升沉补偿系统进行研究,设计一种基于数字液压技术的新型试验系统,采用Stewart平台结构模拟船舶的六自由度运动,以数字液压缸作为驱动器对重物升沉进行补偿。在LabVIEW仿真环境下运用广义预测与PID控制策略,实现了对升沉补偿试验系统的设计。结果表明,该系统仿真相似度高,方便取得各种工况下的试验数据。
In order to investigate the heave compensation system more accurately,a new experiment platform was designed based on digital hydraulic technique.Six degree-of-freedom(DOF) motion of ship was simulated by Stewart platform and the heaves of the weight was compensated by digital hydraulic cylinder as actuator.Generalize predictive control and PID control strategies was adopted and the experiment software was realized in LabVIEW environment.The results showed high similarity of the simulation and the data under various conditions can be easily obtained.
