摘要
因公司原硫化机群自动化程度低等原因,对所有硫化机进行了彻底的自动化改造。首先,明确影响硫化机自动化的因素,并针对性的采取相应措施,最终解决了机械手自动装胎、机械手易夹伤胶囊、胶囊使用过限、无自动工艺参数输入、卸胎滚道不灵活等多种问题。改造后,为公司节省了大量人力、财力、经济效益可观。
Due to the low automation degree of curing press group,the company carries out automation transformation to all curing press.First,Cleans the factors that effect the automation,then takes appropriate measures,ultimately solves problems such as robot automatically tire loading,robot crush bladders easily,bladder used over limit,no automatic process parameter input,tire unload roller is not flexible.After transformation,the company saves a lot of manpower and financial resources,gains substantial economic benefits.
