摘要
针对国家提出节能减排及近年来出台的采用蒸发冷却空调技术的相关措施。提出了一种新型的填料—高压微雾复合式直接蒸发冷却空调机组。该机组与传统的喷水室、填料式喷水室空调机组相比具有高效、节能、净化等优点。而且广泛适用于核电站设备间、机房等室内显热量比较大,散湿量比较小的场所。本文分别介绍喷水室的特点以及填料式喷水室和高压微雾的工作原理和特点,将填料式直接蒸发冷却空调与填料—高压微雾进行对比。而且在本文中对填料—高压微雾与高压微雾—填料在该复合式直接蒸发冷却空调机组中的不同布置形式进行了对比分析。
In recent years states introduced energy- saving and emission- reducing, at the same time encourage the use of evaporative coohng. Developing a new packing and high pressure fog multiple direct evaporative cooling air conditioning units.Comparing units to traditional air washer packing and air washer have benefits of high efficiency, energy saving, clean.It can be widely used in nuclear power plants, equipment room, substantially heat of the indoor and the small wet places. Respectively introduced the characteristics of air washer and operation principle and characteristics of packing air washer and high pressure micro fog.Not only compare packing air washer to packing and high pressure micro fog, but also study on different locations of packing air washer and high pressure fog or high pressure fog and packing air washer in multiple direct evaporative cooling air conditioning units.
