摘要
针对嵌入式LCD控制器存在读写帧缓存冲突这一关键性问题,在分析比较两种常见解决方案基础上,提出了一种新的解决方案。设计并实现了一种新的嵌入式LCD控制器。引入时分复用技术解决了读写帧缓存的冲突问题;利用状态转移机制实现了读写SRAM操作。对LCD控制器内部SRAM接口模块的组成结构和工作原理进行了分析,并在Quartus Ⅱ中对方案进行验证,效果良好。
Aimed at the problem of conflict between LCD controller reading and writing frame cache,on the base of analyzing and comparing the two familiar solving schemes,a new one is put forward.A new type LCD controller is designed and realized.The problem of conflict between reading and writing frame cache is solved through the time-division multiplexing technology;Using the states shift mechanism,the operation of reading and writing SRAM is finished.The configuration and principle of the SRAM interface module of the LCD controller is analyzed.And the solving scheme is verified in the Quartus Ⅱ perfectly.
