中国饮食享誉世界,饮食文化更是源远流长,有些习俗、食品、制作方法至今仍被人们所用,但有些却因时间的流逝而被人们渐渐忘却,八珍便是其中之一。那么,何为八珍?八珍的历史变革?本文主要从这两个方向对八珍进行解析。
