摘要
甘薯[Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.]是贵州省重要的旱地作物之一,长期栽培形成了丰富的甘薯种质资源。对收集到的45份贵州省地方品种资源进行了形态聚类分析。结果表明,各品种间的平均欧氏距离为5.00,榕江红苕与桐梓红皮心的欧氏距离最近,为0.99;铜仁黄皮橘红心和天柱红皮的欧氏距离最远,为8.50。可将45份贵州省甘薯地方种质资源分为6类,第一类包括20个品种;第二类包括18个品种;第三类包括3个品种;第四类包括两个品种;第五与第六类都只有一个品种。
Sweetpotato is one of the important upland crops in Guizhou,and sweetpotato germplasm resources are abundant due to its long-term cultivation.Genetic diversity of 45 local sweetpotato germplasm resources in Guizhou was studied by ISSR.Results showed that according to morphological clustering,average euclidian distance was 5.00.Euclidian distance between Rongjiang Hongshao and Tongzi red coat and heart was 0.99,which was the nearest.The farthest euclidian distance was 8.50 betwwen Tongren yellow coat orange heart and Tianzhu red coat.The 45 sweetpotato varieties could be classified to 6 groups,with 20 varieties in the 1st group,18 varieties in the 2nd group,3 varieties in the 3rd group,2 varieties in the 4th group,and only 1 in the 5th group and 1 in the 6th group.
