摘要
以高梁秸杆为底物，用纤维素酶进行降解反应。实验从底物预处理、温度、ｐＨ、酶及试剂用量几方面探求最佳的反应条件。
Sorghum straw has been hydrolyzed to glucose with cellulase.Pretreatment of substrate,effects of temperature,pH and quantitative rations of substrate to enzyme and buffer are all focussed on.Finally,the optimal conditions of this reaction are presented.
