摘要
在计算机上模拟优化设计了醋酸甲酯精馏塔的精馏方案.采用新型高效专利塔板—梯形立体喷射塔板(CTST)解决了含发泡物质物料的精馏难题.优化改造后,在原塔外壳及降液板不变的条件下,生产能力提高80%,能耗降低40%,且改造后塔的操作运转平稳,操作弹性明显增大,同时产品质量明显提高,原料消耗降低,每年多回收醋酸甲酯160t.
In the technology reform of methanol-methyl acetate distillation column, the computer wasused to simulate the process, and an optimized distillation technology reform plan was obtained. After the technology reform, the product capacity was increased by 80%, the energy consumption was decreased by about 40%.
