摘要
分析了杂交高粱制种过程中导致父母本花期不遇的原因,提出花期预测的叶片观察法、幼雄穗观察法、叶龄预测法和生长锥解剖法等方法。针对父母本花期不遇,可以在播期、苗期、拔节孕穗期进行调节。以期对高粱杂交种生产起一定的指导作用。
Through research and practice of sorghum hybrid seed production,causes that bring asynchronous flowering period during sorghum hybrid seed production was studied and some prediction methods for sorghum flowering period were proposed,such as leaf observation,young male spike differentiation,leaf-age and increment borer postmortem etc.Aimed at the synchronisms some regulations were done at sowing time,seedling,shooting or booting stages.It is of great importance to apply these methods to sorghum hybrid seed production and to improve the seed yield.
