七年制医学生临床实习二级定向阶段“双重管理”模式的探索与实践

摘要 随着我国经济社会的发展及医学模式的转变,对医学生的临床技能及科研能力提出了更高的要求。建立七年制临床实习医院-导师双重管理机制,有助于加强七年制医学生临床实践能力、科研能力、职业素养的养成与训练,形成理论实践紧密结合,科研临床相互促进的创新培养模式,达到高层次医学人才的培养效果。本文对这一模式进行了探讨,希望为七年制医学生的培养提供借鉴。 The development of economy society and transformation of medical pattern have set higher requirements for medical students' clinical skills and scientific research abilities. Establishing hospital-tutor duplexcontrol mechanism at the internship stage (specialized medicine education) for seven-year-program medical students is conducive to a new pattern of education which can improve their clinical skills, research competence and occupation accomplishments. As a result, the theory is put well into practice and the scientific mind is helpful in clinical practice. This article discusses this educational pattern to provide reference for cultivation of seven-year-program medical students.
