摘要
采用1 12 维谱分析方法,提取滚动轴承振动信号中由于二次相位耦合产生的非线性特征,定量描述轴承故障.实验结果表明,这种方法可以有效的诊断滚动轴承故障。
A method using 112 dimension spectrum analysis is proposed to derive the features that signify the condition of a bearing.These features quantitatively describe the quadratic phase coupling in vibration signals of rolling element bearings due to localized defects.Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective in bearing defect detection and is sensitive to incipient defects.
