摘要
高职院校不仅要担当为社会培养合格学生的重任,更要担负起为企业培训合格员工的职责。如何构建一支适应企业发展需要,为企业培训服务的师资队伍,成为今后各类高职院校急需解决的问题。
Stimulated by demand of society and enterprise training is a long-term and important enterprise, the organization of the faculty towards task for colleges＇ vocational education. Therefore modem institutions of higher learning should not only shoulder responsibility of cultivating qualified students but also cultivating qualified employees for enterprises. The organization of the faculty that meets with the development of enterprise and serves the enterprise training is an urgent task for various institutions of higher learning.
