摘要
为了定值标准物质DIANP,建立了测定DIANP纯度的电位滴定法。该滴定法的条件是:DMSO作溶剂,NaOH溶液作反应试剂,使DIANP中的N3-和AgNO3中的Ag+反应,生成AgN3沉淀。由EQP曲线算得标准物质DIANP纯度为99.85%,相对标准偏差为0.13%,与液相色谱法比较,结果无显著差异,该方法的扩展不确定度为0.3%。
In order to certificate the standard substance 1,5-diazido-3-nitrazpentane(DIANP),an electrode potential titration of determining the purity of DIANP was established.The conditions of the titration method were as follow:dimethysulfoxide(DMSO)as solvent,adding sodium hydroxide solution as reaction regent,and making N-3 in DIANP and Ag+ in AgNO3 react to form the precipitate of AgN3.The purity of standard substance DIANP calculated by the EQP curve was 99.85% and the relative standard derivation was 0.13%.There was no significant varation between the results obtained by electrode potential titration and HPLC method.The expanded uncertainty of this method was 0.3%.
