摘要
本文以Ca(NO3)2.4H2O和(NH4)2HPO4为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石粉体,并用浸渍法制备了多孔羟基磷灰石.采用IR、XRD、SEM、解剖镜观察等方法对羟基磷灰石粉体和多孔羟基磷灰石的组成、晶粒形貌等进行了分析表征.结果显示,制备的多孔羟基磷灰石硬度高,比表面积增大,贯穿性良好,含有大量的OH-和PO43-基团,可作为固定化酶的载体.
The hydroxyapatite powder and porous hydroxyapatite are prepared using Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and(NH4)2HPO4 as the starting material,by chemical precipitation method and impregnation method respectively.And the structure of hydroxyapatite powder and porous hydroxyapatite is characterized by means of XRD,IR and SEM et al.The result shows that the porous hydroxyapatite prepared have high hardness,specific surface area,and contain a lot of OH-and PO3-4 function groups.So the porous hydroxyapatite can be used as the carrier of immobilized enzymes.
