中西医结合治疗老年慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察保元合剂治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择在住院治疗的老年慢性收缩性心衰患者107例,左室射血分数(LVEF)≤40%。随机分成治疗组55例和对照组52例。两组均采用常规西药抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组加用保元合剂,疗程10天。结果治疗组总有效率90.9%,对照组76.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效较好。
