摘要
针对异步电动机电流环中存在的耦合问题,首先利用状态反馈方法对感应电机的状态空间方程进行解耦,给出了解耦之后的电机模型;给出了一种交流电动机电流环的PI调节器参数整定方法,对电流调节器进行了整定,并分析了调节器抗饱和问题,给出一种新型抗积分饱和控制器的设计方法。为验证该方法的有效性,利用Matlab仿真软件进行了仿真实验,并在1.1 kW的矢量控制实验平台上进行了实验验证,实验结果与仿真结果一致,设计的电流调节器具有较好的稳态和动态性能。
For current loop of induction motors in the presence of coupling,the method of state feedback is used to decouple the induction motor state equations,and motor model is given after the decoupling.This paper presents pa-rameters tuning method of PI regulator of induction motors current loop,then tunes the PI regulator by this method and analyzes the anti-saturation problem of the controller.Finally,a new anti-windup controller design method is given.In order to verify the validity of this method,simulation experiments is done by using Matlab,and the experiments in the 1.1 kW vector control platform shows that the experimental results and simulation results are consistent,which show that the designed current regulator has better steady state and dynamic performance.
