摘要
通过住宅小区试点,总结分析渗漏原因,开展了主要以防外门窗渗漏和外墙体渗漏为对象的施工工艺探索。提出了防范渗漏的有效措施和治理方法,收到了较好效果。
Reasons of leakage are summarized and analyzed through residential community pilot engineering,and exploration of construction technique mainly based on leakage prevention on external doors,windows and wall is carried out.Effective measures and treatment methods for leakage prevention are proposed and favorable effects are realized.
