摘要
目的:探讨活体生物组织温度振荡效应产生的原因。方法:在Pennes 生物传热方程的基础上引入时间延迟的血流灌注项,得出血流灌注系数随温度变化的延迟函数。用计算机重现了血流灌注系数随温度变化的函数曲线。结果:成功地描述了生物传热过程中出现的生物组织的温度振荡效应。结论:血液灌注项随温度变化在时间上延迟是引起生物活体组织温度振荡的主要原因。
Based on Pennes bio-heat transfer equation,this article introduced a time-delay blood flow coefficient W b ,established the function of W b following the temperature changes, and graphed the function curves with computer. With the method of the kinetics study, the oscillation behavior in the process of bio-heat transfer is explained successfully, especially why temperature of the tissue's does not oscillate in the cases that W b is high or low.
