摘要
为记录汽车加速行驶噪声和定置噪声的测试结果并在车内随时调整测试方案、减少测试人员,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的噪声无线测试系统。通过硬件的连接、前面板的设计以及后台程序的编写构建了测试系统。该系统能够完成数据采集、分析处理、无线传输、数据记录和存储等工作。通过试验,验证了该系统满足汽车加速行驶车外噪声和定置噪声等的测试要求,提高了效率,降低了测试成本。
In order to record the test results of acceleration running noise and customized noise,adjust testing solution and reduce testing staff inside automobiles,the wireless testing system for noise on LabVIEW is designed.Through hardware connection,front panel board design and background program compilation the testing system is constructed.Data collection,analysis process,wireless transformation,data record and storage can be completed.Through the test,this system is verified that it can meet the testing requirements of accelerating running noise and customized noise.The efficiency is improved and testing cost is reduced.
