关节假体周围的感染是关节置换最严重的并发症,预防感染的发生非常重要。围手术期的预防主要针对患者的高危因素进行控制,改善其身体状况,增强抵抗力。采取预防措施可将感染概率降至最低。预防性使用抗生素,提倡用头孢类药物;改进医师的手术技巧;改善手术环境,使用层流手术室;以及术中使用抗生素骨水泥或抗生素骨复合物等。
Periprosthetic joint infection is one of the most serious complications of joint replacement,the prevention of which is very important.Perioperative prevention is mainly intended to control the patients＇ risk factors,improve their health and increase body resistance.Preventive measures can minimize the chance of infection.Prophylactic antibiotics are mostly cephalosporins.Other measures involve improving the doctor＇s surgical skills and the operation environment,using a laminar-flow operating room,intraoperative antibiotics or antibiotic bone cement and other bone compounds.
