两种多酶清洗剂对外来再生医疗器械清洗效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较两种多酶清洗剂清洗外来再生医疗器械的质量。方法取外来再生医疗器械800件,随机分为试验A组和对照B组,每组400件;A组使用鲁沃夫传统型酶洗剂+超声机洗,B组使用万福金安多酶清洗剂+超声机洗;比较2组器械清洗后的目测洁净合格率和2%联苯胺冰醋酸隐血显色合格率。结果试验组清洗后器械目测洁净合格率和隐血显色合格率分别为98%和97%,对照组清洗后器械目测洁净合格率和隐血显色合格率分别为95%和91%,以2χ检验进行统计学处理,试验组优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鲁沃夫传统型酶洗剂清洗外来再生医疗器械提高了清洗质量,确保了灭菌效果,是外来再生医疗器械清洗的理想清洗剂。 OBJECTIVE To compare qualities that two kinds of multi-enzyme abluent clear regenerated medical instruments. METHODS A total of 800 pieces of polluted medical instruments with the same material were collected randomly and divided into test group A and control group B (400 pieces each). Medical instruments in group A were soaked in the traditional RUHOF multi-enzyme abluent by using ultrasonic washer. The group B were soaked in the WANFUJINAN multi-enzyme cleaner, also using ultrasonic washer And compared passing rate of visually clean after cleaning device and qualified rate of 2% acetic acid benzidine coloring occult blood between two groups. RESULTS The passing rate of visually clean in test group was 98% and 97%. The qualified rate of 2% acetic acid benzidine coloring occult blood in control group was 95~ and 91%. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups by chi square test (P〈0. 01), It demonstrated that the test group was superior to the control group. CONCLUSION The traditional RUHOF multi-enzyme abluent improves the quality of clearing effect and makes sure the germicidal effect is ideal multi-enzyme abluent for clearing regenerated medical instruments.
