摘要
目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴V形截骨双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的方法和疗效。方法应用尺骨鹰嘴V形截骨双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折19例。结果本组19例骨折均达到解剖复位和坚强内固定，17例经过1—2年的随访，手术后半年至1年骨折全部骨性愈合，术后肘关节功能优10例，良4例，可2例，差1例，优良率82．3％。结论尺骨鹰嘴V形截骨双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折，可获解剖复位和坚强内固定，疗效满意。
Objective To explore the treatment of humeral condylar comminuted fractures by double column olecranal osteotomic fixation, and to summarize its therapeutic effect. Methods V - shaped osteotomic double plate fixation had been applied for treatment of 19 patients with C type humeral condylar comminuted fractures. Results All these 19 cases of fractures acquired anatomical repositioning and firm internal fixation. Among them, 17 cases were followed - up for 12 - 24 months, all of them acquired bony healing in 6 - 12 months after the operation. Optimal effectiveness was seen in 10 cases, good in 4, general in 2 and worse in 1 case, and its excellent and good rate was 82.3 %. Conclusion The application of v - shaped osteotomic double plate fixation in treatment of patients with C type humeral condylar comminuted fractures can acquire anatomical reattachment and firm internal fixation, and its result was very satisfactory.
