摘要
目的:从海带中分离提取得到海带多酚并且观察其对小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法:50只小鼠随机分为5组,生理盐水对照组(CK组)、阳性对照组(VE组)及3个不同浓度的海带多酚实验组(MP1、MP2、MP3)。海带多酚实验组每日每只灌胃海带多酚溶液,MP1:50mg/kg体重小鼠,MP2:100mg/kg体重小鼠,MP3:150mg/kg体重小鼠;阳性对照组每日每只灌胃VE90mg/kg体重小鼠;正常对照组灌胃同体积生理盐水,连续两周。实验期末,禁食12h后处死小鼠。测定小鼠血浆和肝脏中的MDA含量,SOD和GSH-Px的活性。结果:海带多酚能有效地降低小鼠血清和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结论:海带多酚可显著提高小鼠抗氧化能力。
Objectives:To Isolation of phlorotannins from Laminaria Japonica and investigate the effects of phlorotannins from Laminaria Japonica on serum and liver antioxidant enzymes in mice.Methods:Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank control group,masculine control group and experiment group(MP1,MP2,MP3).Blank control group were injected physiological saline 90 mg/kg,masculine control group were injected VE 90 mg/kg,experiment control group were injected phlorotannins(MP1:50,mg/kg,MP2:100 mg/kg:MP3:150 mg/kg).Once one day for two weeks,killed the mice.The effects of phlorotannins from Laminaria Japonica on serum and liver antioxidant enzyme in mice were detected.R esults Phlorotannins reduced the level of MDA and increased the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver,especially in the group MP3.Conclusions Phlorotannins can enhance the ability of antioxidation in mice.
