摘要
分析了当前科研团队培训的现状,提出了科研团队培训对象选拔模式构建的框架,并利用博弈论知识,对科研团队成员响应团队创新的积极性和参与欲进行了分析,最后从四个方面提出了有效选拔培训对象的对策。
