摘要
在引用认同概念的基础上,把PageRank算法应用于对科研工作者的评价,提出了AuthorRank算法。计算结果表明:这种方法能够消除自引在著者评价中的影响,在选定的样本中区分度较好,可以作为利用h指数对科研人员进行评价的补充指标。最后,探讨了这种方法的应用前景和不足之处。
Based on the concept of citation identity,PageRank algorithm was applied to evaluate authors and a new method,AuthorRank,was proposed.The results show that this method can overcome the negative eflects of self-citation on author evaluation,and its discrimination is rather good.Finally,deficiencies of this method were also discussed.
