摘要
弹性金属塑料瓦(EMP)径向滑动轴承是一种新型的轴承,由于轴瓦所采用的复合材料的特殊性使得其弹性变形和热变形将会远大于传统的金属瓦轴承。本文建立了该类新型轴承3D热弹流分析的数学模型,编制了数值试验程序,并且给出了EMP径向滑动轴承热弹流分析研究的一个实例,对其润滑特性进行了初步分析.
EMP (Elastic Metal Plastic)circular sliding bearing is a new type of bearing. Since special properties of synthetic material use in pad, the elastic deformation and thermo -deformation will be larger than that of traditional bearing with metal pad. This paper builds a three-dimensional TEHD analytic model of this new bearing and develops a numerical experimental program. At last, it gives a TEHD analytic research example of EMP circular sliding bearing and analyses its lubricative character.
