摘要
陶瓷涂层零件用作纯水液压元件的摩擦副具有良好的耐磨和抗蚀性能,但也存在腐蚀失效问题。本文分析了陶瓷涂层零件在海水中的腐蚀失效现象,指出了其腐蚀失效机理是基体金属表面材料的缝隙腐蚀或者粘结层中特定相的选择性析出,基体金属表面材料的抗蚀特性和表面强化的方法是影响陶瓷涂层金属零件耐蚀性能的两个主要因素。
Due to outstanding characteristics of anti-wear and anti-corrosion, ceramic-coated parts can be applied to friction pairs in water hydraulic components. But some corrosion failure of ceramic coatings occurred in water or seawater. Corrosion fail-ure of ceramic-coated parts in seawater is analyzed in this paper.And corrosion mechanisms are also pointed out that the failure is caused by crevice corrosion in metal substrate surface material and selective attack of specific phases in coatings. The anti-cor-rosin characteristics of ceramic-coated parts are determined by the corrosion resistance and the deposition process of the sub-strate.
