摘要 [目的]获得优质长丝杜仲胶和杜仲翅果籽油。[方法]以杜仲翅果整果为原料,杜仲翅果籽油和杜仲胶的最佳提取条件为:经稀碱和纤维素酶处理后,经石油醚提取或结合超声波用石油醚提取,并与将翅果粉碎后直接用石油醚提取的常规方法比较。[结果]用0.50%NaOH于70℃下除去整果角质层,然后用纤维素酶在pH为4、温度40℃的条件下破坏翅果细胞壁,于常温用石油醚提取杜仲籽油,再用石油醚回流提取杜仲胶。与常规工艺相比,油脂得率提高23.00%,杜仲胶得率提高58.00%。杜仲翅果整果经稀碱和纤维素酶处理后,结合超声波用石油醚提取,与常规工艺相比,油脂得率提高42.00%,杜仲胶得率提高76.00%,时间缩短90.00%。[结论]实际生产中可根据条件选择适合的工艺,该研究为生产出高品质和高产率杜仲翅果籽油和杜仲胶提供了科学依据。 [ Objective ] To obtain high - quality long silk gutta - percha and seed oil from key fruit of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.. [Method]Treated with low concentration alkali and cellulase, the key fruits of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. were extracted with petroleum ether, petroleum ether combing with ultrasonic and conventional extracting method, respectively, optimizing the extracting process. [ Result ] The optimal pretreat-ment conditions for Key fruits of Eucornmia ulmoides Oliv. were : using 0.50% NaOH at 70℃ to remove cuticle and treating with cellulose with pH of 4 at 40℃. In comparison with conventional extracting method, extracted at room temperature and high temperature individually, Eucom- mia ulmoides Oliv. increased 23.00% in oil yield and 58.00% in gutta - percha yield. In addition, extracted with ultrasonic extraction, it in- creased 42.00% in oil yield and 76.00% in gutta -percha yield, while reduced 90.00% in extracting duration. [ Conclusion] The suitable ex- tracting process of seed oil and gutta - percha from key fruit of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. could be selected in terms of actual conditions, which provided scientific basis for producing high-quality and high yield of seed oil and axltta - Dercha from kev fruit of Eueommia ubm)ides Oliv..
