摘要
根据会东金红石矿粒度极微细, 矿物组成成分复杂, 金红石被一些矿物所包裹的特点, 对几种流程进行了对比, 最后推荐选用重—磁—酸洗—电选流程方案, 可得指标为: 金红石精矿含二氧化钛品位为90-16 % , 总回收率47-96% , 为开发和利用会东金红石资源提供了可能性和依据。
Some process flowsheets are compared in consideration of the characteristics of the Huidong rutile ore, such as micro-fine dissemination, complicated mineralogical composition and interlocked rutile by other minerals. Gravimetric/magnetic separation/acid washing/static electric separation stream option is recommended and a rutile concentrate assaying 90 16% TiO 2 with a whole recovery of 47 96% is attained. This provides some feasibility foe the development and utilization of Huidong rutile resources.
