摘要
通过重力分离SHS技术制备陶瓷内村复合弯管,研究了CrO_3添加剂对Fe_2O_3-Al系陶瓷内衬复合弯管组织和性能的影响。研究发现,CrO_3在燃烧过程中起着化学激活剂的作用,基本不改变陶瓷层中的主要相组成,陶瓷展中尖晶石含量随CrO_3添加量的增多而减少,CrO_3对陶瓷致密过程具有一定的促进作用,使陶瓷层的硬度和复合弯管的抗压剪强度提高,但也引起陶瓷层中的裂纹密度增大,影响复合弯管的抗压溃强度。
In order to produce curved ceramic-lined pipes by gravitatinal separation SHS process, the in-fluences of CrO, additive on the structure and properties of pipes for Fe2O3-Al system have been investigated. It isfound that the CrO, as chemical activator during combustion does not change phase structure in ceramics, and thecontent of spinel phases is decreased with the increment of CrO,- The CrO, has a certain promotive effects on theceramic densification, and it can make the ceramic-layer hardness and compressive shear strength of pipes to be in-creased, but also makes crack density on ceramic layers t0 be increased.
