讨论了企业发展战略。提出企业发展过程中要组织实施好基地化工程、信息化工程、创新工程和人才工程。并对四个工程的制定与实施展开了讨论。
To discuss the development strategy of enterprises in terms of four aspects, i.e. to establish integrated production base, information technology, innovation technology and talent technology. The organization and implementation of these four technologies are also discussed in detail.
