摘要
目的:探讨研究纳米复合树脂在后牙Ⅱ类洞型中的临床应用。方法:对本院2008年6～9月间口腔科收治的62例后牙缺损患者的临床修补情况进行回溯式分析,并与同期普通树脂进行修补的59例后牙缺损患者的修补效果进行对比。结果:修复后3个月时两种材料的修复成功率均为100%,6个月时两组成功率分别为98.1%、95.1%,组间暂无统计学差异;但在12个月与24个月后,研究组使用纳米树脂的治疗效果显著优于对照组且差异具有统计学意义。结论:Z350纳米复合树脂在材料方面进行了改进,不刺激牙髓且长期效果值得信赖,值得在后牙Ⅱ类洞型的临床修复治疗中进行推广应用。
Objective：To observe clinical application of nanometer composite resin in posterior cavity.Methods：Clinical effect of 62 patients in 2008 were retrospectively analyzed and compared with blank group.Results：Curing result between two groups in 3 months and 6 months had no apparent difference.But 1 and 2 years after curing,the curing ration of control group had advantage than blank group.Conclusion：Z350 nanometer composite resin has improvement on material and has good long-term effect.It can be widely used in clinical posterior cavity filling.
