摘要
为了探讨鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒中和抗体效价与攻毒保护力的相关关系,以不同剂量的鸡新城疫、传染性法氏囊病二联灭活疫苗免疫21日龄的SPF鸡,免疫后采血测定鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒中和抗体,并用传染性法氏囊病病毒强毒攻击,攻毒后第72小时,剖检所有试验鸡,观察鸡法氏囊等器官病变。将每只试验鸡的传染性法氏囊病病毒中和抗体效价与攻毒保护情况进行一一对照。结果显示,当传染性法氏囊病病毒的中和抗体效价≥1∶16 384(214)时,可获得100%的保护;效价为1∶8 192(213)时,保护率为95.5%;效价为1∶4 096(212)时,保护率为92.9%;效价为1∶2 048(211)时,保护率为86.1%;效价为1∶1 024(210)时,保护率为76.5%;效价为1∶512(29)时,保护率为53.3%;效价为1∶256(28)时,保护率为33.3%,效价≤1∶128(27)时,保护率为0。试验证明,鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒中和抗体效价与攻毒保护力密切相关。
The aim of the present study was to discuss the relationship between neutralizing antibody titer and challenge protection of infectious bursal disease(IBD) inactivated vaccine.21-day-old SPF chickens were immunized with Newcastle disease-IBD combined inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine.After vaccination,blood samples were collected and the neutralizing antibody titer of IBD was detected and the chickens were challenged with IBD virulent strain.72 hours after challenge,the chickens were killed and the clinical symptoms and pathologic lesions of the chickens and the bursa lesion were examined.The relationship between neutralizing antibody titer and challenge protection was compared chicken by chicken.The result showed that when the neutralizing antibody titer was ≥1∶16 384(214),the chickens were protected 100%.When the neutralizing antibody titer was 1∶8 192(213),the chickens were protected 95.5%.When the neutralizing antibody titer was 1∶4 096(212),the chickens were protected 92.9%.When the neutralizing antibody titer was 1∶2 048(211),the chickens were protected 86.1%.When the neutralizing antibody titer was 1∶1 024(210),the chickens were protected 76.5%.When the neutralizing antibody titer was 1∶512(29),the chickens were protected 53.3%.When the neutralizing antibody titer was 1∶256(28),the chickens were protected 33.3%.When the neutralizing antibody titer was ≤1∶128(27),there was no protection for the chickens.The result indicated that the neutralizing antibody titer of IBD was closely correlated with the challenge protection.
