摘要
煤体高压水力压裂技术是一项煤矿瓦斯综合治理新技术。为解决掘进过程中瓦斯超限的问题,通过对工作面机风巷掘进过程中进行高压水力压裂试验,大大提高了两帮钻场月抽出纯量和百米流量,降低了掘进工作面的瓦斯绝对涌出量。试验结果表明高压水力压裂技术用于突出防治也是切实可行的,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了掘进速度,达到了突出煤层工作面快速消突的目的,实现了本煤层增透、消突、降尘、阻止自然发火、释放冲击地压和解除局部应力的重要目的,保证了综采面的安全高效生产,是区域性瓦斯治理的一项重要措施。
The high pressure hydraulic fracturing technology of coal is a new mine gas comprehensive control technology.In order to solve the gas over limit problem occurred in the gateway driving process,with the high pressure hydraulic fracturing tests conducted in the ventilation gateway driving process of the coal mining face,the month pure gas drainage value and the 100 m flow of the two sidewalls along the gateway was highly improved and the gas absolute emission value of the driving face was reduced.The test results showed that the high pressure hydraulic fracturing technology applied to the gas outburst prevention and control was practical and feasible,could reduce the labor strength of the miners,could improve the gateway driving speed,could reach the rapid outburst elimination target of the gateway driving face in outburst seam,could realize the important targets of the mining seam permeability improvement,outburst elimination,dust control,spontaneous combustion prevention,mine pressure bumping releasing and local stress elimination Thus the high pressure hydraulic fracturing technology could ensure the safety and high efficient production of the fully mechanized coal mining face and could be one important measure to the local gas control.
