摘要
在乙醇水溶液介质中,60℃水浴加热的条件下,合成了标题化合物。经络合滴定、摩尔电导、元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重-差热和循环伏安等测试对配合物进行了表征,确定配合物的化学组成为:[Ce(Ⅲ)(His)3phen]Cl3·3H2O。重点通过循环伏安测定了配合物在玻碳工作电极上的电化学行为,在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH约为6.0)中配合物{[Ce(Ⅲ)(His)3phen]Cl3·3H2O}和CeCl3·7H2O在-0.3~-1.0 V(vs.SCE)电位范围内均表现出电化学活性,配合物的电化学活化中心是Ce3+,该配合物为准可逆体系,在扫描速率0.05~0.2 V/s范围内,配合物的还原峰电流与扫描速率的平方根呈现很好的线性关系。
In ethanol bath water medium,rare earth complex of Ce(Ш) with L-histidine acid and 1,10-phenanthroline was synthesized at 60 ℃.The chemical composition of [Ce(Ⅲ)(His)3phen]Cl3·3H2O was confirmed via meridian which co-titration of Ce content,then by molar conductance,elemental analysis,infrared spectra(IR),ultraviolet spectra(UV),TG-DTG and cyclic voltammetry(CV).The electrochemical behavior of ternary complex on the glass-carbon working electrode was determined by cyclic voltammetry(CV).The complex [Ce(Ⅲ)(His)3phen]Cl3·3H2O and CeCl3·7H2O have shown the electrochemical activity at-0.3~-1.0 V(vs.SCE) in the HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH≈6.0).The electrochemical active center was Ce3+ in rare earth complex.The results showed the complex was a quasi-reversible system.The reduction peak current of complex had a good linear relationship with square root of scan rate at 0.05~0.2 V/s.
