摘要
在回收废旧塑料薄膜专用破碎机的基础上,设计了一种气流吸送系统,能使破碎主机进料口和破碎室处于负压状态,达到喂料顺、破碎快、排料畅、无粉尘外逸的良好效果。该系统主要采用一种叶片式芯筒结构的旋风分离器,能较好地适用于蓬松态低密度的片、丝状塑料薄膜物料的料气分离,分离效率较高,从而提高了生产效率。
The vacuum suction system was designed based on developing special crushers for recycling waste plastic film.This system can make its host feeding port and crushing chamber in negative state in order to reach the anticipated good effect of feeding smoothly,crushing fast,discharging smoothly,and no dust escaping.This system mainly adopted a vane core wall structure of cyclone separator to separate sheet and filamentous plastic film material with fleeciness modal and low density better.This system can improve the production efficiency large scale.
