摘要
为保证天然气的准确计量,尽量减小天然气的流量输差给企业经济效益和用户利益带来的直接影响,从分析天然气购销输差产生的原因入手,对输差的特性进行分析,并提出了从设计方案、计量仪表选型及管理、施工管理、管网运行管理到落实责任、切实加强全面控制等一系列控制天然气输差的措施。
In order to ensure the accurate metering of natural gas and to minimize the direct effect of natural-gas transmission error on economic benefits and interests of both enterprises and users,some causes of transmission error occurring during gas purchase and sale transaction are first analyzed;and then,some characteristics of transmission error are studied;at last,some measures to control the natural-gas transmission error are provided,such as,design scheme,meter selection,construction management,pipe-lines management,meter management,responsibility fulfillment and intensive overall control.
