摘要
现阶段，院校主导型职教集团校企合作面临一定的困难，主要表现为校企合作的程度不深、企业参与的动力不足。文章结合职教集团校企合作的现状，对其产生的原因进行了简要分析，详细阐述了作为校企合作的主导方学校应更新观念，进一步完善校企合作机制，通过机制创新，使校企双方能够实现真正意义上的双赢，促进校企合作向深层次发展。
At present, College - oriented Education Group College - enterprise Cooperation System is facing some difficulties. The main reason is that the degree of school - enterprise cooperation is not deep enough and enterprise participation is underpowered. Combined with the present situation of the school - enterprise cooperation vocational educational corporation, this paper briefly analyzes the reasons and expounds the college as the dominant party in college -enterprise cooperation shall renew the idea, further improve the college -enterprise cooperation system, through the system innovation, make both the school and the enterprise can realize the win -win in practice, promote in -depth development for college -enterprise cooperation.
