摘要
为恢复老井TP4井的生产,提高储量动用程度,在TP4井的Φ244.5mm套管内开窗侧钻TP4CH井。针对TP4CH开窗侧钻水平井超深、高温给钻井施工带来的困难,介绍了该井钻井过程中井身剖面设计、锻铣、井身轨迹控制、钻井液、安全钻井配套技术等方面所采取的措施。TP4CH井的成功实施,对同类井的钻井设计、施工具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
In order to recover productivity and improve the production of reserve of old well TP4,a casing window side-tracking well,TP4CH,was drilling in Φ244.5mm casing of TP4.This paper introduces the relevant methods such as well profile planning,forging and milling,well trajectory control,drilling fluid,and safety drilling to overcome the drilling difficulties caused by ultra-deep and high temperature.The successful conduction of well TP4CH can provide some useful experiences in drilling program and drilling procedure for the similar wells.
