摘要
以通城县黄龙三级电站技术改造项目为例,总结了改造的经验与教训,可供类似项目借鉴。
Taking the technical renovation program of three cascaded power station in Huanglong of Tongcheng county for example,experience and lessons which occurr in renovation are summarized, which can be reference for similar projects.
