摘要
新材料作为高新技术的基础和先导,它同信息技术、生物技术一起成为21世纪最重要和最具发展潜力的领域。在解读国家"十二五"规划中与新材料产业相关内容的基础上,结合黄石市地方实际,分析了黄石市新材料产业存在的主要问题,并就促进黄石市新材料产业发展提出了若干建议。
As the basis and forerunner of high and new technologies, new materials have become the most important and potential field in the 21th century,together with the information technology and the biology technology. Based on the statement of the related information about new materials industry in the ＂Twelfth Five - year Plan＂ and the current situation of Huangshi, this paper analyzes main issues in new materials industry. Some countermeasures are put forward to promote the new materials industry in Huangshi city.
