摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和管理水平的不断提高,对人才的要求也越来越高。社会对大学生的要求是能够尽快投入到实际工作中去,对于经管类专业的大学生来说,实践操作能力就是在就业中一个很重要的竞争力。因此,提高高校经管类实验质量水平从而真正提高学生的实际操作能力很有必要。针对经管类实验体系中存在的教学设施不健全、运作水平低,老师、学生不够重视,实验形式单一,实验管理制度不完善以及专业实验教师缺乏的现状,重新建立一个质量保证体系,同时提出一些改进措施,从而保证高校经管类实验能够真正达到提高当代大学生的动手操作能力的目的。
Along with development of the level of the social economy and management,the requirement for talents is also getting higher.For the college students of economy and management specialities,the practical ability is a very important competitiveness.So,it is necessary to improve the quality of economy and management experiments in order to improve students＇ ability of practice.The problems of laboratory are lack of educational facilities,a low operational level,less attention coming from teachers and students,a single form of experiment and lack of experimental management system and professional teachers.According to the problems,we establish a quality guarantee system and put forward some improvement measures to ensure that students can really improve the ability to operate.
